Art has always been a guiding force in my life. From an early age, I felt deeply connected to color, texture, and the emotional power of visual expression. I studied art in college, but my professional path led me into the world of technology and project management. Even then, creativity remained my anchor—especially during times of stress and challenge.
Over the years, art became more than a passion; it became a powerful tool for healing. It helped me process emotions and find calm within chaos. This journey inspired me to pursue a certificate in Art Therapy, where I witnessed more deeply the transformative impact creative expression can have on mental and emotional well-being.
While Art Therapy is a clinical practice, what I offer is a more gentle and accessible, intuitive approach. These experiences aren’t about being “good” at art—they’re about engaging in the creative process as a form of mindfulness, self-care, and emotional release. It’s an invitation to slow down, quiet the mind, and return to the present moment.
Whether you’re seeking a creative outlet, a way to unwind, or a meaningful way to connect—with yourself or others—I’m here to guide you through a process that is playful, calming, and deeply personal.
