That’s exactly why Art & Soul was created: to offer a calm,
welcoming space where creativity and mindfulness meet.
This isn’t your typical art class. It’s not a therapy session
either. Instead, it's something gently in between—a
creative experience inspired by the principles of
therapeutic art. No pressure. No perfection. Just practicing
simple, beautiful painting techniques that anyone can do.
You’ll paint what you feel, not what you see using colors
